9-security zone +1 tamper zone
- Which offer user to monitor and secure 9 specified areas.
- Zone 9 of this system is able to be converted into a key switch zone with integration of remote control unit using RF signal to ARM and DISARM the system
- Dedicated tamper zone for modules such as metal casing, siren box and manhole.

Automation feature
- Capable to control your electrical appliances such as light, Air-cond, fan and other appliances.
- It will turn on all the lights in your premises once the alarm trigger
- Sensor based triggering such as store room and bath room

Telephone Reporting
- Supporting Central Monitoring System (CMS) with Full ID for reporting
- Alternatively it can call the owner it self directly to report if there is any alarm triggered.
- Support 2 telephones number for user reporting.

Telephone Control
- Allow user to Remotely ARM and DISARM the system from outside the house with PIN CODE.
- Allow user to turn on and off the Automation points
- Allow user to check the Alarm and Automation status.

Timer Control
- With 2 unique timer controls, User can preset the system to ARM and DISARM on a specified time and the Automation lights to turn on in the premises.

7+1 User Control
- MiniBAS is capable to support up to 7 permanent users with different level of access such as access to ARM only, DISARM only, OR Both.
- 1 guess user that is control by the amount of hours of validity.

Quick Keys
- For the convenient of user, there are a few fast key to allow user to set different Arming mode such as Force Arming, Auto Arming, Stay Home Arming, Day and Night Arming.


Arming Mode
- 4 Arming type
I) Night Arming – Used to arm the house when you are going to sleep
II) Day Arming - Used to arm the house when u are not sleeping but still in the house
III) Force Arming – Used to arm the house when there is a zone that is still violate
IV) Auto Arming - Normal Type or arming the house with delay
