DORUM was set up in Warsaw in 1992 as one of the first customs agencies by virtue of license obtained from the Chairman of the General Customs Office no. 106. In March 2005 we changed legal status to Limited Partnership DORUM K. Czajka and Partners in order to emphasize the family character of the business. Acquisition of increasing market share was conducive to the building of the DORUM Group, which also includes: Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe DORUM and DORUM GP Sp. z o.o. we have common visual identification, common marketing activity, a common „know how” purpose and a common mission.
Since the start of our activity we have been lacing emphasis on constant dialogue and contact with our Customers.

The DORUM Group employs ca. 60 employees, who have for many years been making up a harmonious, competent and friendly team open to Customer needs.
We mind the highest quality of cooperation with Customers; we also operate a Customer Satisfaction Monitoring program, which allows for monitoring and constant perfection of quality of cooperation with our Customers.

We operate in Warsaw, Stefanów, Grójec, Belsk Duży, Gdynia and Piotrków Trybunalski.

In connection with dynamic development of the Firm and needs of our Customers, we are launching a branch office in Poznań and Hamburg. In view of a need for servicing export shipments via Hamburg we have already obtained access to the system of applying for a „B number” (a port-customs number necessary for loading containers onto a ship).
On request of a Customer we are able on short notice to commence service at any indicated location and set up a DORUM branch office there.
