Multi-series production of sheet metal elements (steel, galvanized or stainless) is the main profile of our operation.
In our well equipped tool-room we manufacture metalworking tools, press forming dies, blanking dies, moulds for foamed plystyrene production. The employees working here are specialists in their respective fields.
We specialize also in powder-painted steel jerry can stainless steel canister production.

GELG Ltd., located in Ćmachowo (near Wronki), has been operating in the sheet metal industry since 1989. It covers the area of over 15 thousand square metres and has several production and store rooms. STAMPING PRESS
The manufacturing on the stamping press department is processed in three manufacture rooms. The works is specialised in plastic forming of metal sheets (0,4 - 3,0 mm, including both steel, galvanised and acid-proof). The major work in the stamping press department is plastic forming of sheets (die shearing, stamping, clipping, bending, etc.). The stamping press department is also projected for assembling minor elements, sub-assemblies and other manufacture support processes (torsion, drilling, threading, riveting on riveting press, pressure welding, flange reverse drawing, detail heat treatment and so forth.).
GELG company provides tools for plastic forming of sheets with significantly big details and 3,0 mm thickness (steel and inox).
Die shearing on a mechanic press (crank control) with a table dimensions 1400 x 2400 mm and pressure of 315 Tons.
Pressing on a hydraulic press with a table dimensions 1300 x 1500 mm and pressure of 400 Tons.
Cutting steel sheets (0,4 - 10,0 mm) and acid-proof (0,4 - 6 mm) and cutting length up to 3 m.
Bending details on a folding brake with numeric control in steel sheets (up to 4 mm x 3 m) and acid-proof (up to 3 mm x 2 m).

WELDING ROOM
The manufacturing on the welding department is processed in the welding room.
The company is specialised in welding steel elements, as well as aluminium and acid-proof. The welding is processes in MIG, TIG, MAG mode and - when needed - in plasma automatic machine for welding canisters. We weld sheets along with sections, bars, pipes and other steel structures.
